本期让我们一同走近Thomas一家，听听他在杨浦生活的感受。

骑上山地自行车，从新江湾城湿地公园出发，Thomas一家开启了周末美好时光。跟上他们的速度，共享这一份快乐吧！

Getting on their mountain bikes and setting off from the wetland park of Xinjiangwancheng,the Thomas family started to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Keep up with their speed and share the fun!

沿着公园的绿道骑行，Thomas一家呼吸着新鲜空气，在一处儿童活动空间停了下来。孩子们开心地在这里玩耍。而在不远处河畔的大草坪上，有不少市民前来露营野餐、玩飞盘运动。公园美丽的风景，令Thomas忘记一周的工作和压力。他说，生活在杨浦，自己和家人都能感受到与大自然的贴近。

Cycling and strolling along the park's greenway, the Thomas family breathed in the fresh air and stopped at a children's activity space. The children were happily playing here. On the large lawn by the river, many people were camping, picnicking and playing Frisbee. The beautiful scenery in the park made Thomas forget the week's work and stress. He said that living in Yangpu make him and his family members feel very close to the nature.

公园游玩结束后，Thomas和家人乘坐地铁去杨浦滨江。上海地铁是他们一家人最喜欢的交通工具，覆盖范围广、到哪里都方便快捷。不仅如此，Thomas还认为地铁出行十分环保。

After playing in the park, the Thomas family took the metro to Yangpu Riverside. Shanghai Metro, which has extensive coverage and is convenient and quick to get everywhere, is their favourite mode of transport. Thomas also thinks taking the metro is environmentally friendly.

每次来到杨浦滨江，Thomas都会被由工业遗迹改造而成的建筑深深吸引。在他眼中，这些建筑是历史的见证者，更是现代与历史的完美融合。Thomas拿起手机，扫一扫建筑身上的二维码，就能了解这座建筑的历史和故事。而在上海的咖啡馆和餐厅里，顾客往往也能通过二维码或双语菜单来点餐，还能看到食物的图片，不必担心语言的问题。

Every time Thomas comes to Yangpu Riverside, he is deeply interacted by the buildings that has been transformed from old factories. In his opinion, these buildings are not only witnesses to history but also a perfect blend of modernity and history.Thomas picked up his mobile phone and scanned QR codes on the buildings to learn about the history and stories.In addition, customers can either order by scanning a QR code or with an bilingual menus which shows pictures of the food in the cafes and restaurants in Shanghai, so there's no need to worry about language issues.
